The preferable file type is a print ready PDF with all fonts and images embedded or turned to outlines and bleed included with no printers marks. We can also accept Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator files. If submitting these file types please collect and package all files.

If your project is to run in color, please make sure that the color(s) used are derived from the process color standard of CMYK or PMS numbers, and not RGB. If using a PMS color on a 4-color process page, the PMS color will be changed to its closest CMYK neighbor to avoid an additional output plate.

If your project contains artwork, the image resolution should be 300 dpi with a line screen of 150 lpi. 72 dpi images, suitable for the Internet, are not acceptable for printed material and cannot be used without significant loss of quality.

Projects with full bleed require 1⁄8” bleed allowance past trim size.
