Mr. Bexter Richardson
(Chairman)

Our Chairman, Mr. Bexter Richardson, served in the Maryland Army National Guard of the United States Army and has also held many Information Technology positions in service to country. Mr. Richardson background ranges from Network Engineering, Network Security Engineering, AWS Cloud, and Cybersecurity. Mr. Richardson earned his Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Religion and Computer Science from Sewanee:

The University of the South and M.A from the School of Theology. He holds multiple IT certifications and is also the founder of LiBx Records and LiBx Records Foundation. You may see him on a stage near you someday. FUN FACT: "It's your boy Bx"

Mr. Emmett D. Bondoe
(President)

Our President, Mr. Emmett D. Bondo isn’t just great with numbers. He’s also an IT Specialist, Entrepreneur, Administrator, and a Leader. He’s a citizen and resident of Liberia, a country located in West Africa. He’s a former member of the Liberia Information Technology Student Union (LITSU). He holds a Bachelor degree of Information Technology (BIT) with a concentration in Systems Administration.

He utilizes his knowledge in business administration and finances to manage our company budget precisely and accordingly with its everyday logistics, and future goals.

Miss. Hellen G. Vuku
(Admin Assistant)

Our Adminstrative Assistant Hellen G. Vuku is the direct assistant to our CEO. Hailing from Totota, Bong County, Liberia, Hellen brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role. Hellen holds a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology (IT) from STARZ University, she also have a Certification in Database Administration.

Hellen's career began C-Printz Design Enterprise, where she served as Service Desk Officer, she later got a job Ramadan Contractor Services where she worked as an Administrative Assistant. With all her great experience, problem-solving skills and excellent work ethic she is currently serving as Database Administrator at Ministry of Public Works, Government of Liberia.

Miss. Hellen G. Vuku (Admin Assistant)

Mr. Michael P. George
(Co-Founder)

Mr. Michael P. George is a citizen and resident of Liberia, a country located in West Africa. In addition to being a Co-Founder, he’s also a highly educated and experienced as a heavy-duty mechanic. He holds an Associate Degree in Automotive Mechanics from the Booker Washington Institute with an Advance Certificate in Caterpillar, as well as a Certificate in Diesel Engine.

Hydraulic Repair, and Auto Electricity. To further his education even more, he’s currently studying Hydraulic at the Alison online program site.

Fun Fact: He’s a Rapper, and a song writer of the “Spark-Shooters Records,” a label specializing in Music and Acting.

We are a small registered business with a big vision focused on using information technology to solve critical world problems. Hope Tech provides IT products and services ranging from Wired and Wireless Networks Security including (CCTV), Network Management, Photo/Video Graphing, Printing Services and Web Development. Hope-Tech was established in 2022, and over the years we have done contracts for, University of Liberia, HOPE NGO, Harbel Credit Union, Wisdom Construction Company etc.

Mr. Giahseymehn Barseegiah
(CEO)

Our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Giahseymehn Barseegiah is the man behind the scenes of our company that uses his knowledge and experience in technology to bring our creative visions (and those of our customers) to life. Not only is he an IT Specialist, he’s also an Entrepreneur, Poet, Videographer Digital and a Marketer. He has led our team since 2022.

To note the extent of his technical skills even more, he holds multiple professional certificates in Video Graphing, Information Technology (IT) and the Leadership.
